David Rozenberg

Born in Haifa, Israel, and raised in Florida, David Rozenberg brings a unique perspective shaped by his cultural background and extensive U.S. law enforcement training. David is widely respected as a protector, educator, and trusted leader across both professional and community settings.

With over 8 years of service as a Deputy Sheriff in South Florida, David is an active operator on the elite Broward County SWAT Team, one of the most highly regarded tactical units in the nation. Within SWAT, he plays a leading role in the Tactical Training Unit, where he develops and delivers high-liability, mission-critical instruction across the agency.

The Broward Sheriff’s Office (BSO) is one of the largest law enforcement agencies in the United States, with over 5,500 employees, including nearly 3,400 sworn deputies and detention officers. David’s training shapes the preparedness and tactical proficiency of this vast force, covering areas such as active assailant response, trauma care, tactical operations, and crisis management.

David also serves as a lead instructor in the BSO Guardian Program, a statewide initiative that trains school employees and security personnel as armed guardians, enhancing safety on school campuses throughout Florida. His instruction in this program covers both Active Assailant Response and life-saving trauma care, including the use of tourniquets, combat gauze, chest seals, pressure bandages, and trauma shears.

David’s extensive real-world operational experience and instructional expertise ensure high-quality, practical training that prepares law enforcement officers and first responders for critical situations.

Civilian & Institutional Training

David is now bringing his extensive law enforcement expertise to the civilian and private sectors, equipping educators, houses of worship, security teams, and community members with the essential skills and confidence to respond effectively during emergencies. His training emphasizes clear, practical actions that prepare individuals and organizations to protect lives when it matters most.
