Born in Haifa, Israel, and raised in Florida, David Rozenberg brings a unique perspective shaped by his cultural background and extensive U.S. law enforcement training. He is widely respected as a protector, educator, and trusted leader across both professional and community settings.

With over 8 years of service as a Deputy Sheriff in South Florida, David is an active operator on one of the nation’s most highly regarded SWAT Teams. Within this elite unit, he plays a leading role in the Tactical Training Division, where he develops and delivers mission-critical instruction for law enforcement professionals.

His work directly shapes the preparedness of deputies and officers in active assailant response, trauma care, tactical operations, and crisis management. David also serves as a lead instructor in a statewide school safety initiative that equips school employees and security personnel to serve as armed guardians, enhancing protection on campuses throughout Florida.

David’s real-world operational experience and instructional expertise ensure practical training that prepares law enforcement officers and first responders for critical situations.

Civilian & Institutional Training

David is now bringing his law enforcement expertise to the civilian and private sectors, equipping educators, houses of worship, security teams, and community members with the skills and confidence to respond effectively during emergencies.
